Excellent stay, comfortable and nice staff

Pros: I liked that it had good facilities, you could also buy drinks from the fridge if you wanted. The rooms were made up of 3 beds and no top bunks and have curtains. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: I could only recomend this place for anyone looking for a great experience in Pangkor. There isn’t much to do on the island, but with this friendly hostel, you can easily find nice people to hang out by the beach with all day. Above all i would definitely recomend to rent a scooter!

Relaxed atmosphere

Pros: Almost a rarity: a real manager and his colleague on site! Both very helpful and friendly! They organized the scooter, gave me tips for my stay, and even took me to the ferry at 6 a.m. because I had to catch it. The room was cozy and very comfortable with the air conditioning. Relaxed atmosphere and nice other guests. I ended up staying longer than planned…

Pros: The location in an unspoilt fishing village is wonderful, the best place on the island for an authentic stay. The guesthouse is a beautiful traditional wooden house, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I booked a room last minute, it was small and basic, but clean.

Cons: I would have preferred a different room for more light, but I would definitely stay in the same guest house again.

Location is everything

Pros: The location was great. Smack bang in the middle of a nice fishing community. MR Low was really nice and informative. Such an atmospheric scenery. Just half an hour walk from the jetty, and plenty of taxis available.

Cons: The bathroom had a very strong smell

Pros: all thing and the management so very nice..i ask to check out at 12.30 and the management give me to check out on 1 pm..other than that the environment so very calm and you can get your me time eventhough you book the dormitory room. so quiet at night..all facilities function well

Fantastic!

Pros: The manager was very welcoming and helped us with hiring a moped to get around the island. The location in the fishing village is very peaceful and relaxing with many places to eat. Only a couple minutes from the port to catch the ferry to and from the mainland.

Cons: The only issue we had was the WiFi was very slow in the room but worked fine in the common area.

Pros: It's a unique place. Very well maintained and with simple details that you don't find in other budget accommodations. Special mention goes to Lou, the staff, from the first minute to the last. Impeccable and helpful service. Lou makes this guesthouse more human.

Wonderful owner, clean economical budget accomodation

Pros: The owner was so quick/ good at responding to messages and providing advice and support. The room was comfortable, quiet and dark for sleeping. The air con worked well and the shower was hot. I enjoyed being in the local part of the island.

Cons: The location was less convenient for getting to the beach.

Pros: The location is ok, it's not very close to the pier but still within walking distance. Upon our arrival, the host sent someone to pick us up and caught us midway, walking, so that was great. The place is nice and has lots of restaurants and some little convenience stores nearby.

Cons: A little something to pit our things would've been nice. There were some hangers but no tables, chairs or anything where we could place out stuff. Not that it's something that ruins the stay, of course
