Pros: Its very comfortable stay and the view were stunning. House design were so classy!

Cons: The bbq facilities were quite far but its okay as long were having fun

Pros: I loved how the owner provides so much than we could have expected, it’s also my family’s first time having a steamboat so the utensils and equipments given has been great!

Cons: Maybe you could leave some toothpaste and basic bathroom supplies

Pros: Bedlinen is clean and comfortable. Housekeeper is good. We request iron and he send it ASAP. Cooking cutleries is complete but no blower to suction the cooking smells. This unit is at level 5 but it have lift. Its too windy at night, comfort sleep. No need aircond but fand stand is given for every room. Nice stay for 6 of us. 4 Adult and 2 kids. Easy to check-in. We do exercise daily by briskwalk up and down the hills. Will come again next time.

Cons: No blower suction at the kitchen. Need to use own account to enter Nexflix, etc. Water stagnates in the bathroom, very slow for the water to drain. Provide slippers at the balcony. It too cold and wet to step on it. No big mirror at the room or living room.

Pros: Excellent communication by Caryl both before and throughout the stay. Received detailed instructions that made everything very easy. I was even recommended an excellent driver for the transfer from and to Kuala Lumpur. Check-in and check-out was easy, although a deposit was required. The unit was clean, comfortable, and practical. Loved the ergonomic foam pillow!

Cons: The place looked a bit run-down, especially in the kitchen area. For no clear reason, there were towels spread around on the floor when I arrived, which was weird and gave a bad first impression. But once I got settled in, it was a really pleasant place to stay.

The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and new how to navigate around. They alerted us of what we needed on the way up due to the remoteness of the location as well. It was the perfect getaway for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
