Pros: The unit is clean, neat, spacious and rooms are comfortable. What you see in the photo is what you get. Locations is excellent, 5 mins walk to Pulau Tikus market good eatery. Place is also quiet. Response from the caretaker is also good when I had a problem.

Cons: Is not a big deal but I had to call them to get the check in information. The place was not ready when arrived at 3.00 pm. Anyway, things get sorted out in less than an hour. Overall is still a positive and pleasant stay for what we paid for. We are also satisfied with their responses...

A Wonderful Weekend Experience

Pros: The attention to detail, the friendly staff, and the overall ambiance created an unforgettable experience. Whether it was the cozy room, everything exceeded my expectations

Pros: House is big, 3 storeys, therefore everyone has their own space.

Cons: Too many cats around outside the house.

Pros: The location is near to Penang Attractions, friendly staff make us felt like home. The interior of the house amaze us. The house is so clean and organise. I will recommend the stay to my family and friends.

Pros: The house is comfortable and able to cater to our group of friends.

It was a nice stay.

Pros: Its a three-storey house with 5 bedrooms. 1 bedroom+bathroom on the ground floor near the kitchen, on the second floor got 3 bedrooms (2bedrooms share toilet+ 1bedroom with toilet) and 2 single beds in the living hall, on the third floor there is one big room with 2 single bed and 2 queen bed. The tv is big! The house is just perfect for 17 of us.

Cons: Room at the first floor is a bit smelly. Not sure is it because of the toilet or the bedsheet. There is water dispenser but cannot be used. The parking space is limited.
