Malaysia 🇲🇾

Pros: Its cozy and spacious, we came 6 pax which is just nice for the bed. They do provide extra mattress in every room if you want to add more people. They provide some snacks like noodles and biscuits. The kitchen appliance is sufficient.

Cons: Since the house is at a corner, you can hear the car passing by and any car stopped at the intersection. If you are a very light sleeper you may take middle room, for me i still could hear. They have 1 toilet to share which is fine if you don’t mind

Great stay

Pros: the location was easy to find, the instruction to collect the key was easy. the house was spacious and the bed was really comfy. there's basic items that are provided, like fridge, iron, towels, soaps.

Cons: there's only one toilet so if you come with big groups pls take note of this. the swimming pools is surrounded by gates but as it is right next to the main road, its visible to everyone who pass by.

Great as home base for a short stay & night in. Nice deco

Pros: The homestay has an interesting, modern deco and is suitable for those planning on having a relaxing short stay. The pool is suitable for younger children and they even provide a couple of floats. Netflix on the tv, microwave, toaster oven, cutleries, iron & water heater are all available. Location wise, it is quite nearby to famous tourist spots & eateries, although driving is still required. The landlord is very accommodating & provided all the needed information before check-in.

Cons: Being situated just off the main road, it can be quite noisy at night on the weekends. We also didn’t like that the sink in the toilet did not have a proper piping connecting to the drain. The kitchen is small, with small fridge and no capacity for proper cooking (no stove & hob). The bed, mattress & pillows provided can be uncomfortable and the air conditioning of the back room is insufficient to keep the whole room cool.
