Pros: Easily accessible from the Ipoh Selatan toll exit, the homestay is located on the outskirts of Ipoh city centre. The setting is peaceful and private, away from the hustle of the city, offering a truly tranquil stay. Convenient food outlets are nearby, including the 24‑hour Mamak Di Naina and Bintara Restaurant. A nice and friendly owner with clear guide for check in/out. Clean, tidy and equipped with almost all basic facilities of a good homestay.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Just a friendly suggestion — providing an electrical point in each room would add extra convenience for guests.

Nice and clean property.

Pros: Big house, can stay more than 8 person. Clean and well maintain. Easy check in and out. Facility all good, Netflix available. Parking at porch and outside also can. Definitely will come back again.

Cons: If have extra pillow or small bed is nice.

Thank you to the owner for the hospitality and kind gesture..our visit to Ipoh was super comfy!

Pros: Nearby Politeknik Ungku Omar...suitable for small families...ECONSAVE nearby to do some grocery shopping...all rooms and main hall were air conditioned...wifi connection with youtube and netflix access....microwave available to reheat food...basic kitchen utensils for use....checking in/out was a breeze!

Cons: Toilet on first flow a bit problematic with water flow...hopefully owner can rectify. Maybe owner can consider installing MYTV to watch Live TV....currently only have internet connection to access Youtube, Netflix etc.
