Smell rose beach garden

Spacious rooms, good vibes

Pros: Right next to a beach, one of the gates on the property leads straight to it. Room was spacious and balcony was well decorated. Wifi was also really good. The owner was very accommodating when we extended our stay by a day, allowing us to stay in the room rather than checking out and back in again. FamilyMart, a few restaurants and laundry only 5-10 minute walk away.

Cons: Rooms could do with a fridge. There is one in the kitchen but this is a shared space. Bathroom walls were see through meaning I could see my GF when she was on the toilet. Also had a small lizard get into our room at one point (although it kept itself away from us and didn't bother us so am not marking down for this).

Peaceful and beautiful stay

Pros: It’s the better choice to book this intimate beach house rather than a hotel if you’re staying in Penang. It was lovely with direct access to the beach and a nice seating area outside to watch the sunset and sunrise, everything was perfect.

Pros: Easy access to the beach, the room very nice, comfortable, same as picture.

Breathtaking view of the ocean just outside our room

Pros: The location was breathtaking, the design of the place was modern with some touches of oriental inspired decor which we loved. The room was sufficient for 2 people, we enjoyed our Netflix session in the room and usage of pantry. The patio was welcoming and listening to the sound of waves the whole day was so serene.

Cons: Our only suggestion is perhaps an upkeep of the lawn area facing the beach could be better; the leaves could have been swept and cleared.

Pros: This is a lovely little house facing the sea. It’s just a short walk to the beach — all you need to do is open the gate in the fence. Even if you don’t go down to the beach, you can still enjoy the ocean view while sitting under the porch roof. Whenever we needed to contact the host, they replied quickly and did their best to help us. It made us feel very well taken care of. If I had to point out one downside, it would be that there’s no elevator. If you're a female traveler with big and heavy luggage, I’d recommend booking a room on the ground floor for convenience. Overall, my friend and I had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely come back again if we have the chance. Thank you to the host 😊

Pros: 1. Direct beach access 2. Responsive host 3. Easy check in and check out 4. Comfortable bed

Cons: Nothing.

It was memorable will definitely recommend to others

Pros: The place is located right behind the beach. You will able to hear the waves sound throughout the day. The beach is not very crowded too.

Cons: It’s just little far away from the main beach (Batu Ferringhi)

Pros: I really like the location, if you book the room downstairs you will have this stunning view because in front of the property is beachview.

Cons: Nothing! All is good except that this is a house with rooms that people only pay for the rooms heheh but its alright to me as long as the bathroom is private.

We would happily come back again :)

Pros: Close proximity to the beach, clean, very accessible.

Cons: I got stung by a box jellyfish at the beach next to the property. The only recommendation I would have is to ensure the guests are forewarned about the risk of swimming in that beach. Perhaps with a sign near the gate.

Excellent property with some minor drawbacks .

Pros: The property was excellent. Location was fantastic with easy access to beach.

Cons: The toilets were a big let down with 2 rooms had glass partioned toilets with a curtain for privacy. Also option for any temp to come and clean .not a deal breaker. But would make the stay smoother.
