Pros: Very spacious house, clean and fully equipped with necessary amenities.

Cons: This is more of a description than a complaint: The parking space can accommodate at most two cars of myvi size. Hence, if more people are driving you have to park somewhere else. However this is also a good opportunity to practice carpooling :)
