Affordable price and should have washing machine, extra toilet and extra air condition.

Pros: Accessable and convenience to many necessities such as restaurant, convenience store, laundary etc.

Cons: The property only have 2 units of air-condition. Not enough due to hot seasons.

Excellent house and excellent owner.

Pros: The facilities, the decor, the lighting. Oh wow. Makea feel like im in some Scandinavian country. Its quite quiet at night. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Owh, and the owner was very nice.

Cons: There's no water heater, the 2nd room doesn't have an aircond. There's only one bathroom so be prepared.
