Relaxing. A bit out of the way but good nice quiet area to unwind

Pros: Great facilities, nice pool and gym. Hotel is modern easy to get to. The staff are nice. My ac stopped working for a few hours one night and offered me complimentary dinner.

Very comfortable and great location, will be back if I need to be back in Bayan Lepas again

Pros: Rooms were very comfortable. Location was excellent

Cons: Meeting rooms were a little claustrophobic, quite difficult to communicate to housekeeping and reception about issues, messages took awhile to be understood and received

Relax and comfort stay.

Pros: Room is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Parking available and free for customer. Bed is comfort, the stay is worth the money. It will be one of the option for revisiting. Thanks for the hospitality.

Cons: The exit of the car park may raise some difficulties for customer, it need a really sharp u-turning to exit the carpark. One of the cafe is under renovation during the visit, hope to get a chance to revisit again in future.

Value for Money, Great Location, Close to Airport!

Pros: Room was spacious, good view of the city and mountains around. Staff were very polite and accommodative.

Cons: Room aircon had a stuffy smell. I believe it requires better maintenance. The lift and floorway carpets look very old and dusty, they should be replaced to improve the ambience of the hotel. Breakfast had very limited vegetarian (Indian) options and menu items were mostly repeated everyday. Omlettes were mostly pre-cooked and not flexible in our choice of making. Diversity of breakfast can be enhanced to include Thai, Indian, Western and other cuisines of food on a rolling basis.
