Pros: 1) Location near to a lot of shops and it's not isolated. 2) Good internet connection and Netflix account 3) Kitchen equipment are complete 4) Cozy house

Cons: 1) No hot water shower 2) Cleanliness can be improve further (hairs on the floor)

Pros: The location was really near UTP which was a plus point apart from being very near to various restaurants and a supermarket (walking distance). They provide full AC whole house, some basic tea, coffee and mineral water, and a Netflix account (another plus point). Overall with the price you're paying compared to the facilities and location I think it's well worth spending. Definitely will stay again when we visit our daughter at UTP.

Cons: Overall everything was okay but maybe the cleaner can be a bit more meticulous when cleaning the house since there are still some hairs around the sofa, on the floor and bed. It would be nice if the owner could provide a shoe rack inside the house and a water heater in the bath room. But overall the cleanliness is still very good and the stay was great.
