Excellence stay. Will definetely choose this stay if I have another trip to UTP in the future.

Pros: Fully furnished with aircond, washing machine, and 3 bottles of 1.5 liter mineral water were awesome. Location is near to UTP about 800 meters. Walking distance to supermarket, Mr DIY and restaurants.

Overall - Very good.

Pros: Location are very close to a shop’s lot and town area. Easy to find. The property condition is very clean and tidy.

Pros: Location was good, very near to UTP. House cleanliness was great. Hospitalities was SUPERB. Insya Allah will come again for my next trip to Seri Iskandar.... stay at Chempaka Homestay if there is discount rate for me from Booking.com. heee...hee.....

Cons: Need to turn ON toilet ventilation all night due to a bit smelly. But is not a big issued.... overall this homestay is GOOD
