Pros: Budi bicara owner yg baik. Semua 3 bilik selesa ada aircond.Dapur yang boleh digunapakai.Katil yang banyak.Rumah ni boleh menempatkan ramai orang.Rumah ni sangat luas. .

Cons: Pintu bilik air tidak boleh dikunci.Plastik sampah extra tidak disediakan.Meja .makan kecil .Parking susah..boleh satu kereta sahaja..
