Pros: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All rooms have their own bathroom. Good for privacy. The parking space in front of the house can fit 2 cars. The location is great. Many food nearby.

Huge house, Value for the money

Pros: The house is spacious and can be found by GPS. There is also a parking space for the car. The facilities in the house are quite complete. The house was cleaned well and looked very clean. However, there was no air conditioning downstairs, so the air was stuffy and the fan didn't seem to be able to effectively adjust the temperature. This may have caused the floor to be a bit sticky. The price is very reasonable.

Cons: There is carpet in the room, which seems to have some smell. The Wi-Fi is not very good. The only room downstairs has no air conditioning. My colleague said that the facilities in the master bedroom, such as the hooks in the bathroom, are too high. I saw a small cockroach in the single bed room upstairs on the last day. Then the mattress of the single bed was a little dented. I could clearly feel the skeleton of the bed frame when I slept on it. Others are pretty good.

Confortable homestay..

Pros: Very convenience and comfortable stay..all good..Recommended especially for family..it has water dispenser (very important for me), cookstove, fridge, water heater, wifi, tea/coffee

Cons: All good, no issues...however just few recommendations 1) if possible living room and downstairs bedroom to have aircond..2) for healthy purpose, replace the rusty pan/pot

Super spacious homestay with free wifi!

Pros: Easy check in and check out. The entire house was spacious and clean. Complete facilities with free wifi! Thank you 😊 Every room was very spacious and got aircond except the lower ground. Each room has its own bathroom with clean towels. The owner provides extra pillows, comforters and sejadah, we are so grateful for this. Very suitable for a big family. Great location. Highly recommended!

Cons: Have many ants. Hopefully the owner can find solutions for this. Other than that, all good 👍🏻

Best price for cool stay

Pros: Housr was kept clean with all the ammenities in place. Quite place. Quite spacious house for family of 12. Can park 2 cars. Driving along with the view of Sg.Perak and Old Istana to the home.

Cons: Location feel more inland. Although Its just 6 min drive to town and very near to all shops and attraction place.
