Pros: Had many facilities to use like conduction cooker, microwave and etc

Cons: Hope had aircond in other rooms. But it was still comfortable and couldn’t find the dish soap 😂

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Welcome Mat! The house was exceptionally clean and located in a quiet, friendly new neighborhood. It’s very convenient — just a few minutes from UTP University, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops nearby. The self check-in and check-out process was smooth and stress-free, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, a great place to stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay again!

Cons: A couple of small improvements could make the stay perfect: the toilets are quite basic, and two bedrooms don’t have air conditioning. They are still comfortable if you keep the doors open for airflow, but adding AC would be a great upgrade.

Homestay near UiTM Seri Iskandar & UTP.

Pros: Wifi available. Parking porch is big. Close to the center of Bandar Universiti Seri Iskandar. New housing area, new house and the house is very clean with good and safe surrounding. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 rooms with double bed and one room with single bed. I requested additional bed (Toto), so boleh baring² & tidur depan TV. There are aircond at living room and master bed room. Very comfortable. Check-in and check out process is simple and fast. I booked this homestay during my son 1st day registration at UiTM Seri Iskandar.
