Great stay
Pros: Facilities, bed, heater though it could be better, location, spacious, kitchen with microwave, stove and fridge etc. TV, couches, dining area. Value for money paid. Easy to contact the staff on phone and they responded in time.
Cons: Not much to complain. Heater in the bathroom could have been better because the water was just warm.

Amazing. Spacious. Comfortable. Safe. Strategic.
Pros: It is clean overall. Spacious. Bed is comfortable & extra pillows provided. For those who want to jogging/running (which we did), it a strategic location. Start from Tanah Rata to Brinchang return is 10km. Toilet is good, water heater functioning well and water pressure is good. Good WiFi speed and connection. TV not functioning well.
Cons: Master bathroom no water pipe for “Number 2” only cebok/gayong. Kitchen stove is a bit grimy but we dont cook so can’t complain much.

Comfy and breazy!
Pros: Admin is good and attentive. Slighlty late checked in due to cleaning for previous visitor. Allowed to late check out from 12 to 1pm. Apartment is quite spacious with easy access from parking to lift - level 3. Quite nice view though from the balcony facing the roadside. Recommended for big family as it was fitted for 7 of us. You can go more by just bringing ur own sleeping bad.
Cons: Not really dont like but more to suggestion. Understand its owned by non muslim but you provided prayer matt. Smell unpleasent. Please wash and add 3-4 more would be good.

Pros: Thank you for providing us with a clean and tidy resort, and for making our vacation meaningful. As guests, we also ensured that everything was left in good and proper condition. First of all, the minimalist and neat condition of the house created a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the cool weather in Cameron Highlands brought a refreshing feeling, along with calm and beautiful views. The facilities provided — such as the parking space, the clean and pleasantly scented pathway to the homestay, hot water availability, and more — truly added to our comfort. Although the television was not in the best condition, our true intention was to appreciate the beauty of nature and explore the many interesting places in the area. The balcony offered a breath of fresh air, and the view from it brought a sense of joy and peace.”
Cons: However, we sincerely hope that future guests will have the common sense and courtesy to treat the place with care. Every action we take leaves an impact on others. For instance, we had to wait longer than expected to check in, as the cleaners needed extra time to restore the house due to the previous guests leaving it in an extremely dirty and messy condition. Let us all be more mindful, so that everyone can enjoy a smooth and pleasant stay.”

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Big Mama's House in Tanah Rata! The property exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfort, and spaciousness. We're grateful to the owner for the excellent maintenance and respectful service. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely return. We'll also recommend it to friends and family’ my family loves the home so much. Thank you again for providing such a lovely home!

Pros: The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to local shops, restaurants, and sightseeing places making it easy to explore the area. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare simple meals, and the comfortable bed ensured a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.
