Cons: Limited parking..only ground level parking only.

Recommend and a nice place to stay

Pros: Breakfast was good. Ambient, atmosphere and design of the hotel were superb. High tech washroom just another level.

Cons: Need additional arrow signage for parking. Reception could explain more about the hotel, facilities, etc .. more personalised rather than a plain check ins especially for new guests

Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially for those who appreciate modern facilities.

Pros: Our stay at D’Kelly Hotel was a very pleasant one. Car parking was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The hotel features modern, high-tech touches, including face recognition access for both the lift and room. The bathroom was particularly impressive, with a Bluetooth speaker, lighting integrated into the mirror, and a multi-function toilet bowl, adding a touch of luxury and comfort. The rooftop infinity pool was spacious enough and offered a beautiful sky view. We also enjoyed a very nice sunrise from the rooftop. Unfortunately, the rooftop gym was not ready during our stay. Breakfast spread was decent and satisfactory. We had lunch at the hotel as well, and the fish and chips were very good. Getting around Ipoh was very convenient with Grab readily available. We stayed in two connecting Deluxe King rooms, which were cosy, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable—so much so that we didn’t feel like leaving the hotel to explore Ipoh!

Cons: Roof top gym not ready yet.
