Superb value for money accomodation, its truly home away from home.

Pros: Good quiet location, only 4-500m to 7-11, Happy Mart, the Astaka Tanjung Bungah food court, German restaurant, Mixue etc. Enough space for 5 cars inside the property, spacious downstairs layout for getogether, with kitchen and large dining hall and living room. Upstairs there’s large living room, and 5 bedrooms can accomodate 12adults with 5 queen sized beds and 2 single beds. 2 bathroom upstairs and 2 more downstairs. Very clean, top loader washing machine included for use. And shaded place to dry clothes. Full kitchen hob and microwave and all utensils and cups included. External lawn also very well maintained.

Cons: The road outside is used by the Pearl View condo visitors and they may park indiscriminately causing in and out of the property a little difficult. Can speak to the condo guards for help.
