Pros: 1. Property is spacious & clean 2. Everything works 3. Close to shops. Cafe, easy to get Grab ride 4. Awesome for large group 5. Plenty of car park 6. Keyless entry

Cons: 1. Upstairs large bedroom a/C did not cool enough. Needed that A/c replaced 2. Bathrooms are quite narrow. No shower cubicle. Once you have shower, entire place is wet 3. The place in general is quite rundown. Some of the furniture could be replaced.
