Pros: The friendly services and staff very responsive about request of toilet papers and very appreciative about quick change of refrigerator when the existing one is not functioning.

Cons: None

Pros: The view, the big apartment and the place itself, very peaceful and green!

Cons: The water pressure is too slow!! It's a hassle whenever we go for no 2

Comfortable apartment for family stay in Tanah Rata

Pros: Lovely apartment, very homey and comfortable. Practical and open layout with three bedrooms and two extra mattress. Nice furnishings, utilities, towels, cookware, TP, strong wifi- all provided. Very happy with our stay. Ms Khor was very friendly. Great location (near to food stalls/off main road) & view of the hills. Definitely coming back.

Cons: One of the toilets prone to clogging, had to pump it during our one-week stay. Though generally a quiet area, sound bounces off the walls so you can hear neighbours talking very easily/loudly.

A wonderful and comfortable stay with complete amenities and great privacy—highly recommended!

Pros: The whole apartment is very beautiful. Hot water is available at every tap, including the kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooker, pots, a steamboat pot, utensils, plates, and a refrigerator. The balcony overlooks the garden behind the apartment, offering great privacy—no one can see you when you're sitting outside. It's located on the first floor, so you need to go up one flight of stairs, which is acceptable for most people, but not suitable for those using a wheelchair.

Pros: I liked the atmosphere, the location and the view. I didn’t like the check in experience the reception is in an apartment and you found a woman who is cooking and handing the key for you at the same time she was rude and not answering our questions where exactly the unit is?! Also its up the hill so hard to walk to the unit

Pros: rumah okay, simple 👍 cukup keperluan, perkakas dapur pun banyak so senang kalau nak memasak.. katil selesa..

Cons: air panas kurang fungsi, tolong upgrade.. rumah kurang bersih.. tolong sediakan tuala ☺️

Pros: sangat mudah dah senang nak cari peti kunci.. parking ada banyak ada parking bastment pun ada klw hujan .. yg penting ada lift..

Cons: tangga utk naik bukit ada banyak anjing x sesuai utk kanak2

Cons: Water heater bilik utama not function well..harap owner repair utk kegunaan org lain
