Pros: I like everything. Worth the price. This is my second time staying here. Will come again soon. I hope the air conditioner will be serviced, because it isn't cooling much, I can still sweat. During my first stay I was in the same room too, but it was cool back then. Now, I think the AC needs service. #Room4.

Pros: Relatively close to downtown Georgetown, within 10 minutes taxi if the traffic isnt bad. Walkable if in good shape. No major noise issues. Had a fridge to store food.
Cons: Wasnt sure how to activate the hot water in the shower on floor two. One of the restrooms lacked toilet paper (TP) but the staff wasnt around. Wasnt sure where to get TP

Recommended to stay here
Pros: “The room is very clean and comfortable. Even though the bathroom is shared, it is extremely well-maintained and spotless. The location is strategic—close to the city and convenient to go anywhere. It’s also a safe and quiet area. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable for what’s provided. Highly recommended!”

Nice place with good value
Pros: Sim was friendly and quick to attending to our requests. My friends and I actually checked in at the other property, TwinTrees due to some reason and the location there is superb(opposite Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon). It's a relatively new property there and staffs there were helpful. The environment was very comfortable as well.

Well equipped homestay
Pros: Homely feel, clean room and bathroom, well equipped shared kitchen and laundry area. Friendly and helpful staff via WhatsApp. Good location, close to bus stations. Helpful to be able to store luggage after check out, though see below.
Cons: Confusing to find, as the address we stayed at isn't address listed on this website, and WhatsApp instructions also gave differing addresses, albeit all within a few streets of each other. Advise to clarify exactly which address you are staying at! Thin walls, can be noisy, to be expected in a guesthouse. Cupboard where luggage was stored was locked after we locked it, and it took a while to get someone to unlock it. Advise to clarify locking arrangements, we should have done so, thank you for coming out in the evening to help us out!

Pros: Great!It is self-checkin and all automatically.It is a unique experience like living in a big house with different and kind people. You are free and not be disturbed.
Cons: The shower room is small and shared.Because of the price, it is acceptable.

Pros: I like how clean the homestay is, the facilities are complete. The location is strategic. The host is informative & gives fast respond. It exceeded my expectation that when I locked my door & left the key inside during shower, it's easy for me to get the spare key as instructed by the host. Very prompt respond. The price is reasonable. Booked 2 single rooms for 4 nights & 5 days which cost ±RM500.++. Thanks for the stay!
Cons: A week before my arrival, I told host that I have a change of plan & wanted to check out a day earlier. No refund, but okay I understood, I consider it as the price I pay for changing plan 😆. No deposit asked upon checked in & no deposit returned as well 😅 Overall, it's a good place to stay & good host! 🤗
