Pros: unit is clean, comfortable and safe. facilities also ok. can take Rapid Penang bus directly infront. Below got 7eleven, Bila2 Mart, and halal bakery. 15 minutes by car to Penang Hill.

Cons: parking is at highest level, otherwise all ok

Pros: The unit was super clean and well equipped. Whole family felt comfort just like own house. Only issue was the parking lot structure which not related to the unit. Its a spiral design all the way to level 10.

Cons: Location, unit and the price.

Our family had a relaxing and comfortable stay, the property is clean, comfortable and well equipped

Pros: We like how clean and comfortable the property is, the bed is comfortable, the water pressure is great, water heater is working well, air-conditioning is working well, we also like the fact that the kitchen is equipped with washing machine, water filter machine and electric water boiler. The smart TV with Netflix is a plus. Location is superb as well.

Cons: The car park is on high floor, need to drive (swirling) more than 10 floors up in order to park.

Cozy spacious apartment for family

Pros: Unit was spacious and well equipped with water heater, fridge, microwave, washing machine and water dispenser. The environment was very comfortable and homely. Only drawback is that the parking for the unit was very high at lvl 10, but apart from that everything was topnotch!

Pros: 1. Cosy home, very suitable for family of 6 - 8. 2. Hall and room are spacious, suitable for babies to move around. 3. Clean house. 4. Strategic location, has many places to eat nearby.

Cons: 1. Need to turn round and round up to 10th floor for parking. 2. Master bedroom has an outlet hanging at the ceiling and kept dripping water. Suggest to pull it down to ground so that it doesnt drip. 3. The detergent smell in the bedlinen is too strong, affecting our sleep. After airing it, it was much better. 4. The sofa is narrow, only suitable for sitting.

Greatest family accomodations

Pros: Everything we like ,comfortable accommodation for families.

Cons: there are durians smell in the freezer

Value for money.

Pros: The location is strategic and the property is big enough to accommodate about 10 pac at one time.

Cons: The parking is at level 10. You have to drive up to level 10. Some might gelt dizzy during the process.

Pros: Cleaness and arrangements for check in with clear instructions

Cons: WIFI coverage slightly poor and not able to connect to SmartTv

Lovely clean and comfy stay

Pros: Loved it. Extended out stay by a night as the location was perfect for us.

Amazing stay in Penang

Pros: Great location, nice and clean, friendly staff. Loved our stay. Highly recommend. Stayed with 5 of us and had 2 key cards which was fantastic as it meant some of us could go to the pool and others could go somewhere else.

Cons: We had to ask for more towels as we were only give one each for our stay but they were delivered nice and quickly with no issues.
