Clean & tidy inside with lovely mountain view.

Pros: The place is neat and well-maintained, conveniently located near shops, with an orderly surroundings and a lovely mountain view.

Cons: The outdoor area could be better maintained. The property may not be the most suitable option for families who enjoy cooking during their stay. In addition, the 11:00 AM checkout time felt a little rushed.

Pros: Very good stay value for money for my family trip. Spacious house with big rooms & attached bathroom. It was clean & comfortable. Nicely decorated. Lighting is enough. Located in the quiet new neighbourhood. Feel safe with guarded gate. Host/managment is helpful and friendly enough to liase with Booking on some changes. And reply promptly.

Cons: All good.

Such a superb and comfort short staycation !

Pros: Very big house and each bedroom has private toilet, fan and aircond. It has all the basics facilities that a home needs. Its so comfort and gives peace of mind.

Cons: Maybe can consider to prepare a water jug and a large bowl in the kitchen so that it can be used to serve drink and meal in large quantity when needed. Other item such as put a carpet or mat at the living hall for people who like to rest and sit down on the floor.

Pros: The price was reasonable to the comfort of the house.

Cons: The cockroaches in the bathroom started to crawl somewhat in the middle of the night.

Pros: The house is nice and cozy. My daughters love it. My grandchild love playing around in it but we manage to make sure everything are well taken care of.

Pros: Very clean and spacious house. Helpful and friendly host. Area guarded, the guard didn't speak English, but still we were able to communicate. The check-in was a little bit complicated, but very well explained, so didn't have any problems. Too bad we only stayed here for one night, would love to spend more time in this property.

Cons: First floor - one bedroom with two bathrooms, second floor - three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Water in one of the bathrooms was turned off, but we found the tap and turned it on.

Pros: Excellent stay... Very nice house.. worth the price.. Kids enjoyed the stay.... Cosy house

Food Hunting in Ipoh!

Pros: The whole house! Like this homestay is a must, truly recommended! Very clean, spacious, comfortable, secured (in a guarded house area) and more! You are provided with everything! Everyone's has their own opinion and this is mine and it may differ to others. No hate feeling!

Cons: Nothing particularly, but rental needs to bring their own towel.

Pros: The house is new with good decorations and comfortable. Everything works perfectly! I will definitely book this place again if visiting Ipoh!

Cons: utensil tak lengkap. kebanyakkan ada copstik. sudu garfu tiada. tong sampah dalam bilik atas tiada. cermin dalam bilik terhad hanya dalam toilet sahaja. tak cukup cermin untuk bersiap jika ramai2
