Healing for my soul

Pros: The location is the best! Secluded and private. The natural landscape was breathtaking. Infinity pool overlooking the lake was beautiful. I was upgraded into a 3 bedroom apartment though we didn’t use the 3rd bedroom. Breakfast buffet was decent plenty of choices from Western to local. Food was nice at the restaurant. Highly satisfied, probably the best service apartment I’ve been in Ipoh. Staff were friendly and helpful too.

Cons: Found a dead cockroach in the second bedroom upon checking in.

Awesome, clean, comfy and memorable,

Pros: Loved the views from the hotel, infinity looking swimming pool overlooking the lake and large hills was amazing. really good sized rooms at an affordable price, breakfast was also amazing. would defo book again if around the area.

Relaxing stay, nice surroundings

Pros: The view from the room is breathtaking. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped. We did not use all services but room service was good and also the pool was nice. The property felt calm and comfortable, there is even walking/jogging path and nice park area around the pond.

Cons: As it is so quiet and in the natural surrounding, you need a car/Grab to move around. The restaurant food was mediocre and the only way to get beer or wine is through room service or at a separate, uninviting terrace on a separate building (away from the restaurant), not together with food. This was a surprise for us as it was not mentioned anywhere.

Pros: The staff from reception, security, restaurant, kitchen, gym, concierge, housekeeping have been wonderful, obliging and pleasant. Certainly made us feel welcomed. Hope I didn't miss out anyone.

Cons: Gym equipment were a bit on the old side.

Beautiful setting and a lovely pool. Great to walk around and very safe.

Pros: The setting was exceptional. The food was mainly very good

Cons: Lack of atmosphere in the restaurant. The bar was in an awful setting. The gym was good but needed blinds as the morning sun made it very very hot.
