Superb. Value for money.

Pros: Very quiet place. Right place to relax and recovery. Will stay again. Highly recommended..!!

Cons: No food @ restaurant nearby. Need to find outside this are. But still not a major issue.

Pros: I just stayed here last week with my wife and it was nice…the room was so clean and quiet very relaxing for those who came to take a rest after work trip…everything was great except the door section for a first timer people like me I think it quite difficult and confusing to open the door but I directly contact the owner and he sent me a video of how to insert the door code…they also provided a iron and board at the downstairs so everyone can use it…I definitely will stay here again in the future 👍🏻

Cons: the property area was so quiet and its very difficult to get a grabcar at night…not suitable for people who don’t have a transport

Cozy homestay

Pros: The homestay is located in a calm residential neighborhood. However, it is not far to all important places one must visit in Kuala Kangsar. Also many places to eat at in the surroundings of the place. The homestay itself has a very easy self check-in procedure. The room was vast and clean. The bathroom was also quite big. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kuala Kangsar. Just a warning for people who have issues with stairs; there is no elevator in this homestay but the stairs were not that high.

I would recommend this place for budget-conscious travelers.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a good stay. One of the great perks was the free parking, which made it convenient for those traveling by car.

Cons: Some noise coming from the neighboring room, possibly from a water pump, which was a bit distracting at times.

Pros: it would an added value if host can provide fridge

Pros: Bed, Bathroom & space to do work at the ground floor. Location also nice accessible for dining area, dobi and supermarket

Pros: Spacious room, good shower (strong water flow), amenities inside the room

Cons: The pillow case and blanket not clean, a bit sticky

Great place & clean

Pros: Easy to access. Clean bathroom, comfort, quiet, function air cond & water heater.

Cons: Small tube of shower gel/shampoo

Comfortable stay

Pros: The room & toilets were clean, and room is comfortable. We stayed less than 6 hours.

Cons: Its a housing area so parking would be outside the house. and sometimes abit further.

Pros: Room was clean and every appliances are functioning.
