Pros: All staff are very friendly and helpful Stayed in double room Fresh towels and bedding available on request

Pros: I stayed in a double room with a shared bathroom. My room came with kettle and complimentary tea and coffee . The AC worked perfectly fine. The hostel is in a prime location with plenty of places to eat and drink . Street food guy literally outside, which was handy. The communal area was also brilliant The staff was very helpful and friendly with great advice on what to do during my stay .

Amazing stay with great facilities

Pros: - The location is pretty good and very near to the bus stop - Rooms were super clean and so were the washrooms

Cons: To fill your water bottle you have to go to the fifth floor (you have lift) but in the night the fifth floor is closed so you need to get they key from the reception and then you have to return it. So during the night time it is a bit uncomfortable - The price is a bit on the higher side

Pros: clean & spacious room. privacy even we had to share bathroom.

Cons: no parking available

Pros: It was affordable and clean the staff are amazing and very accommodating. I lost my wallet just before I got here and they helped me find a police station and called the city bus service for me to see if they had it. Unfortunately I didn't get it back but the effort they gave was just amazing!

Great stay

Pros: The location was great! Close to the malls & public transport and many local eateries and gourmet restaurants were nearby.

Cons: If you are traveling in budget then there is nothing to complaint.

Pros: - Room was spacious with good aircon - Facilities were always clean - Location is great- walking distance to lots of bars, restaurants, the street art, etc

Cons: - We were put on the female only floor (they explained this was because it was the only room they had left but was still a bit confused as to why they didn’t check this) which meant my boyfriend had to go to a different floor to use the bathrooms. Not a big issue for us though

Helpful Staff, great location, cozy, comfy, clean and nice facilities!

Pros: Location is great close to heritage part, restaurantsand bars, staff is so helpful and so friendly facilities are great, spacious lounge , well equipped with very nice view, water dispenser , microbe and fridge. Beds are so comfy and clean.

amazing, soundproof room, perfect location

Pros: the private room was very comfortable and with a beautiful view. Sound Proof Room, which is rare in penang! loved it. very nice common room on the top floor. the reception team was awesome.

Cons: slightly more expensive than other options. The common room upstairs close at midnight cutting you off from drinking water.

Good value for money

Pros: I was in a private room and the bed and aircon were perfect, I also appreciated the common area with cold water and comfy spaces to hangout. The bathrooms were enough and always available but very old and not very clean. Overall good but this would have been a 9 if it wasn't for the bathroom.
