Nice.

Pros: Safe n secure environment. Properly run n managed facilities. Quiet atmosphere & clean environment.

Cons: Bed is too soft n not even ( please check the bed structure?). Would apprrciate if extra blanmet could be provided.

My stay at Swing & Pillows @ Penang Road, Georgetown.

Pros: I liked the cleanliness, location in the center of George Town near either the ferry terminal and the Komtar bus terminal. The staff was nice and helpful, particularly Illiya who gave a physical key to enter my room when I had problems to digit the code number on the door handle. In the common space, guests can have free coffee and tea, use the fridge., and work with their PC.

Room was basic, but clean with comfortable bed. Location is great to see the heritage area.

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, clean, filtered water dispenser. Air cond was cool and water pressure and heat was fine.

Cons: Small space, basically a corridor and a bed. The wall sockets not within reach of bed, no racks/shelf for loose items.

Pros: Easy access to attractions, shopping, public transport. Super convenient to get food around the area. Everything seems to be walking distance to various places. The staff is very friendly, helpful. This hotels always becoming our favourite place to stay when we are in Penang....will always come back again.
