Pros: Easy access by car. Plenty of small cafes and restaurants in the area. Not far from Commercial centers. Business hotel. Rooms are small bu well equipped with the essential. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for business travelers...

Pros: Strategic location close to BKIP, basically no jam. Water dispenser near lift lobby at every floor, very convenient, no more buying bottled water when staying in hotel. High water pressure, nice shower~

We have a good experience staying at The Upper House hotel.

Pros: We didnot take breakfast,lunch or dinner at The Upper House Hotel since we prefer to dine out.Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.

Cons: We'd prefer bottled mineral water to be prepared for us on arrival.We have to go outside to have a drink from the water dispenser.

Overall fine for a short stay, but the pillow was really uncomfortable.

Pros: Location acceptable with nearby attractions such IKEA, design village and restaurants.

Cons: The room was not sound proof and The pillow isn’t comfortable, it feels too mushy

Pros: Location is nearby to the nearest industrial area, suitable for visitor at those factories. A number of restaurants nearby the hotel, making it easy and convenient to get foods when you are lazy to get to town or further away from the hotel for lunch or dinner

Cons: The breakfast at the price given should be better.

Convenient for short business trip.

Pros: Many eateries around following the rise of Batu Kawan. Convenient place to stay if on business trip to BKIP. Water dispenser brings great convenience to customers.

Cons: The hotel lack of facilities, no gym room.

Pros: The Premier King Room exceeded expectations, it was designed well. The room didn't feel too small after staying for 6 nights. The pool was good too. The location in Batu Kawan is excellent, near to many restaurants, grocery shops and a few bars. A short walkable distance to IKEA shopping complex and the Retail Outlet too. The staff were friendly.

Cons: Nothing.
