Loved the no frills stay for the night and we loved how clean it was!

Pros: New location, new amenities very good shower pressure, tv was working good.

Cons: Nothing, maybe just soundproofing the door can be better as we can hear people’s door closing from inside the room

Pros: I like the modern and minimalist interior and the water pressure is good

Cons: The wall is too thin, we can even hear them whisper

Clean, comfortable and good for a night’s stay

Pros: Clean, it was also very new. Had thoughtful amenities like water jug, even provided toothbrush & tooth paste, fully functional tv, clean toilet with ventilation, double pillows. Wished it had a lift but not a concern at all for able bodied people

Cons: Wished it had a fridge/ hairdryer in the room

Pros: Very kind staff, they were flexible with our request. Comfortable and clean hotel 👍

Pros: Nothing much to say. The hotel was clean and comfy

Pros: Clean and comfortable, but a leaking toilet bolt pipe caused the bathroom floor to be wet.

Pros: Everyday room service. Not all hotels at Penang provide coffee and water every day of stay. Some just on the first day.

Cons: Room have no window.

Hospitality is crucial

Cons: I have travelled many many times and i have to say this for the better of your hotel. Your staff has zero training! Very very bad. Every single time i go in and out they are at the back of the room playing with their phones and tik toks and one Indian girl even having a video call. No greetings whatsoever. No good morning no good evening no hello. Everytime i go out and come in i need to ring the doorbell and they will open the door from inside their room at the back where they're playing with their phones where I can even hear it. Even on my last day i want to check out the guy is not even there. I had to wait 10 minutes till he came after going elsewhere with his bike. Do you not care about your customers? Please teach them that in a hotel it is very crucial to being hospitable and welcoming. Thank you. My intention is to help not just complain.

Pros: Accommodate my request for a lower ground level room due to foot injury and difficulty to climb the stairs.

Cons: There is no window room. Fortunately, the hotel places a curtain to avoid a claustrophobic feeling.

Pros: The hotel was really clean and the staff was very generous.
