Pros: Modern with perfect care for comfort of guests. Modern switches, excellent fittings. Provision of disposable bedroom slippers, te and coffee sachet, beautiful cups, water jug made of glass (not plastic as I find in most hotels), full aesthetic and functional comfort! 7Eleven next door old town 6MYR by Grab. To top it the young ladies Darshini and Annapurna so kind and helping. I needed a printout they quickly helped. It is not a tourstic town. If you need to see local life it is for you.

Cons: They don't have laundry.

Comfortable & Value For Money

Pros: Hotel not too far from KTM Bukit Mertajam, walking distance to the hotel. There're 7E & grocery store beside the hotel. I got spacious twin room, every was fine & comfortable during my stay.

Comfortable & good value for money

Pros: Easy check in & check out process. I took 6-days in a row. Water filter & dispenser is provided. So easy for us to refill water & make hot drinks. The refrigerator in the room is good, however unfortunately when we're leaving the room, the electricity also cuts off so the refrigerator cannot function to keep our food/beverage cold. Good housekeeping. Thanks to the housekeeper. He was so helpful when we requested for the make up room.

Cons: Second time staying here (first with 3-night stay, second with 6-night stay) with still the similar issue of tv signals. So we cannot watch tv. Imagine, staying more than 2 days with tv off. Quite disturbing with the so-called facility but cannot use it. External issues like the crowded from foreign workers who stayed at the front building, and mingle around after their working hours (around 5-12 pm everyday), somehow can be disturbing but afterall, we managed to adapt to it eventually.

Pros: Affordable price and quite big room for 2 person. Got elevator. Clean toilet and room. Big parking lot make an easy to parking even 17 feet lorry.

Cons: Nothing much to didn't like about this hotel.
