My stay at this hotel was very comfortable, with friendly service and satisfying facilities

Pros: Galaxy Hotel is conveniently located in Bandar Perda, Bukit Mertajam. It's close to KPJ Penang Specialist, restaurants, and convenience stores. The location is easy to access and near the palce i want to visit, making it suitable choice for my stay.

Nice surprise.

Pros: Hotel is new and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is nice and clean. Parking available in front of hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location is good and close to many restaurants and shops. Basic amenities but good enough for us. A surprise find.

Cons: Only one thing. The 1 pillow provided per person is too soft.

It's very good value for money.

Pros: The hotel feels new. Comfortable bed and pillow. There's a nearby jogging track surrounding a small lake. Plenty of nice eating places which can be walking distance or the drive doesn't take any more than 3 minutes to get there.

Cons: Parking is very limited (4 parking bays reserved by the hotel). Elsewhere, they are mostly reserved by other businesses.

Pros: The room was nice, looked new, and was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, and the staff were friendly too. I especially loved the room placement — it was convenient, quiet, and made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable experience!
