Shō Hotel Penang

Pros: Had an amazing few night stay at Sho Hotel Penang! The staff were friendly from the moment we checked in. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had a stunning view. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area, we will definitely be back!!

Cons: Personal recommended, preferable bright color theme. The toilet tiles are too dark.

Pros: Everything is clean and the staff is very helpful when assisting. We got complimentary drinks from the cafe during our stay

Pros: The room was clean and spacious. The swimming pool was big, and my kids really loved it! We’ll definitely come again

All was great except for our wrinkled clothes

Pros: The room was clean, the welcome drinks were exceptional and the ambience was truly relaxing for a hotel.

Cons: The iron facility in the laundry room was faulty and there were no more usable irons provided to the room. We didn't bring our own with us as it stated in the apps that ironing facility were provided as their amenities

Fabulous pool and bar area on the 9th floor.

Pros: Fabulous pool and bar area on the 9th floor is the highlight. Thoughtfully designed bedroom and especially the shower room. Stylish hotel. Average demographic seems to be young wealthy students as the building seems to be part of an international uni. A great place to stay out of main tourist area.

Cons: Nothing - just know you have to catch Grab taxi in and out of town for sightseeing but super easy and cheap. Cafe closer to euro prices.

Pros: Is a new hotel, the facilities is great and I love amenities from the hotel, very environmental friendly.

Pros: The place is great, although it’s a bit far from the city centre and you can get stuck in traffic. The facilities are good, the rooms are spacious, the staff are attentive, and the food is nice, also have a free drink tickets.

Cons: I’m giving a slightly lower rating because the floor in the room wasn’t clean, but overall everything was very good.

Pros: Loved the vibe and atmostphere, parking was easy, rooms were very clean

Cons: Access to the hotel isn't ideal for low cars, the driveway into the premise from the back neighbourhood way is steep at the drain cover

Pros: Extremely spacious room, high quality pillows / mattress, great pool and bar on the 9th floor.
