Cons: Lift were a bit slow and towels should be larger size

The stay was nice, we enjoyed.

Pros: The swimming pool was very very nice, especially in the morning around 10 a clock. The view from the room was very pretty especially at night. And many food and grocerie shops were close to the apartment. And the staff were very helpful.

Cons: Have to put a dressing table, because it's hard to get ready in the bathroom. And I think its better to put the coffee 3 in 1 because we are paying right. Even it's 2 or 3 I think its okay. But the coffee is optional. But the dressing table part you guys have to improve

Pros: Great location. It’s close to food places, shops, and popular spots in Penang, so it was easy to get around. The area is convenient and quiet, making it a nice place to stay for a holiday

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like is the lift; sometimes I had to wait a long time, which can be a bit frustrating.

Pros: Property is near the city. All tourist spots were just minutes away.

Pros: The location is not far from many attraction in Penang Island (it is like in the centre).

Cons: The towel provided was suitable for small children only There is no shower gel and shampoo provided. If there was a bottle in each bathroom, I am not sure whether it is the hand soap or what because there was no label.

Pros: Property Ok. But the facility is worst. I need to wait 40 minutes for the lift to going down. For family, this property is not suitable.

Cons: Lift is only have 4 for 43 level homes. Each level have 16 unit. Can u imagine,how long should i wait?
