Great Spa Hotel

Pros: The location is great, nearby to the eateries. The staff named Cherry is very polite and helpful.

Cons: As I came on the CNY eve, the Spa is closed for the festive season.

Good

Pros: -Spacious bathroom -Aesthetic tap water, it's outside the bathroom -Thoughtful welcome cookies and an apple, only typically done by big chain hotels -Spa and their staffs

Cons: -Parking can be challenging during the restaurant's operating hours, but can move the car when their customers left -Room with no view, but clarified by the hotel right after the booking has been made. I would not return just because of the lack of window/sunlight/no view. It could not be detected from the photos because of the blinds. -Pillow is not my type -The cleaner missed the trash behind the dustbin -No wifi during the stay, clarified upon check-in but the incident was out of their control. My plans were somehow affected during the stay

I had a great 2 nights with an amazing spa experience. The staffs are all very kind and helpful

Pros: The ease of checking in and checking out. The ambience is very peaceful and love how the aromatic smell throughout the hotel

Hotel up to expectation. Loved the smell inside the hotel

Pros: Tried to book a few times previously but couldn't get a room. Managed to get one this time as we wanted to experience the lemon grass environment. Staff is friendly, room is clean.

Cons: The room layout with the bath at the external wall makes the room quite dark. I parked my car within the building below some trellis and was horrified later when my whole car was covered by bird droppings!

Great location and value for money, for a short business trip. The SPA is a great experience, too.

Pros: Great location, attentive and friendly staff, good room size, and well-kept cleanliness. The essential oil is a plus point. The lounge with a hot water dispenser is convenient, too.

Cons: I wish there is coffee sachets instead of only jasmine tea.

Good choice in Ipoh

Pros: Cute rooms and great welcome set comprising an apple and cookies. Hotel's scent is amazing and gives a luxurious ambience. The FOC 10 min welcome massage is also a great way of promoting its in-house Spa services.

Cons: There were some stains on the walls of my room, and there's also no view.

Pros: Wonderful boutique hotel in handy location with on-site wellness spa and healthy restaurant with delicious food and good service.

Cons: Perhaps addition of a rooftop pool but space may be limited

Pros: Quiet, peaceful area. Restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: Bathroom/Toilet not full coverage.
