Small, friendly and homely

Pros: A small but nice hotel. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom was ok and could have done with extra toilet paper but overall it was quite acceptable. They offer hot and cold water station and there is a mall near by.

Cons: The only real complaint was although there was no smoking in the rooms people were obviously smoking in the hall as the cigarette smoke would come in through the vent in the bathroom so we had to keep the door closed or the room would smell of smoke.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean..the reception was very good service...I will book again next time when I'm visit Ipoh.

Cant believe that for merely RM78 per night, the room was spacious!

Pros: Location is Great. Econsave & McDonald's walking distance. Lots of restaurants are also walking distance

Cons: One of the Towel had blood stain. But another Towel was clean

Value for money, best choice for staying. I will definitely come back again.

Pros: The first day when I arrived, the shower pipe was broken & I had launched a complaint to front desk staff. She quickly called the maintenance department and problem solved within 1 hour time. Thank you. 😊

Cons: 1. On the 2nd day, my room was filled with smoking smells, I have no ideas where the smells came from, probably is through the air-conditioning as I only smells it when I switched on the air-cond. 2. Maybe can add on some special rate for parking.

Pros: Excellent for solo traveller who needs a comfortable place to sleep

Pleasant, simple basic hotel

Pros: The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable and staff is friendly and helpful. It’s newly renovated so everything is still clean and nice. Towels are white and clean. The hotel has single room (for 1) with a comfy super single bed although room is a bit small but it’s ok.

Cons: There is no lift, the stairs are quite steep for elderly people although they have workers to help carry up the bags. Only two very small bottles of water in the room - in Malaysia I think can give slightly bigger bottles because weather is so hot. No windows in some rooms, not really an issue but does make it a bit claustrophobic.

Pros: The receptionist was super lovely and helpful, the place is nice and great for the price!

Cons: Sound from the road can be a bit disturbing but happened not frequently. Perhaps can add water kettle inside the room is a bonus.
