My stay was quiet, peace and very clean.

Pros: I didn't had time to have the breakfast.. I love the cleanliness and how the maintain the cleanliness... yes its a 2 star hotel but hygiene level is appreciated. We request a last minute update for Family Suite and what we expect was another 20 minutes wait. But they were immediately ready to check in as the rooms are ready and clean.

Cons: There is no hairdryer in the room. To have a basic hair dryer will be an added value.

Great stay for work trip or short trip

Pros: Very nice customer services, easy parking, check in/out smooth, good room, have water dispenser, overall super good. Personally ask for twin bed and i got it. Great!

Pros: The bed is comfortable,spacious room for one double bed. Very clean and the aircond worked well.

Cons: Although the water dispenser provided at each floor, but no mugs in each room.

Cons: May need for some attention for detail eg room toilet door unserviceable. Can be improve to be better

Room ok, customer experience need improvement.

Pros: Price wise, definitely worth it. Beds and pillows are comfy. Have coffee table (very rare for budget hotels).

Cons: Towels are dirty. Cigarette smell come out from exhaust fan in toilet. Sound proofing should be improved because hotel is located next to main road.
