Pros: Staff very friendly, good installations, good room cleanliness, fair breakfast.

Cons: The location is good - next to some restaurants in a quiet place, although a little far from downtown - which is not a surprise

Pros: I've booked deluxe twin room, but the air-conditioning is not working, the maintenance came twice but still the same, I went to reception asked for solution because the room was too hot, and they give us new room studio suite junior which is more expensive than our room before, I'm very appreciate the effort of the manager (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) because helped us to move to new room, for info everytime I travel to Ipoh, I've stayed at casuriana and will continuing book here often.. Tq..

The unforgettable Ipoh experience, Casuarina-style.

Pros: The location is awesome, although a bit away from Ipoh city centre but the nearby amenities are awesome, the view is amazing and overall facilities within the hotel is really good. All staff are courteous, helpful and friendly, which truly made the stay memorable. Plus, my mom really love the view from our room 😊

Cons: Nothing.

A lovely stay with excellent service that made our family trip special.

Pros: I had a lovely stay at Casuarina @ Meru Hotel while celebrating my son’s birthday. The staff were incredibly friendly, sporting, and humble, which made our celebration even more special. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the food was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.
