A cozy short stay

Pros: The spacious room. The river view from my balcony. The staff were friendly.

Cons: The christian cemetery is my front door view and only that made me feel a bit unpleasent towards me and my kids.

A meaningful, peace and money worth stay.

Pros: The view from our room is majestic. Watching the river flow peacefully under Sultan Abdul Jalil bridge, the view of the village on the other side of the river. The swimming pool facility is superb. The breakfast foods are on par with other prestige hotel. For history enthusiast, you need to stay here at least 2 night and explore all the available attractions and taste the authentic laksa kuale.

Cons: There is a cemetery next to the hotel. Quite scary but can be tolerated with all the pros. The hotel management needs to upgrade the room facilities since the room is quite big. Add a decent sofa inside the room and add a coffee table and chairs at the balcony so that people can enjoy the serene view of Kuala Kangsar while sipping a cup of coffee or tea.
