Pros: Visit 1st week September 1) staff call one day before check in to confirm and request for pay the amount through bank transfer to avoid booking cancel last minutes. Not a problem because already confirmed. 2) upon check in all very smooth. Friendly staff. 3) parking need to pay using apps. mon to Sat 8am to 6pm(Many car got summon for not paying) 4) room condition superb(book for 1 deluxe room + 2 family room with window). Fantastic view even can see ferry to pangkor if book family room. For deluxe room was in opposite side so do not have good view. 5) room so clean, view so nice. 6)check out so smooth 7)walking distance less than 100meter for dinner restaurant, souvenir shops, dataran lumut. 8) will sure repeat again. 5/5.

Happy Booking Brezza Hotel

Pros: Great location for tourists. Clean. Front desk staff were very friendly. The night shift staff, a Malay girl, helped me to park my car by moving her car away from the parking lot. The best thing is value for money. Happy Booking Brezza Hotel, Lumut, Perak.

overall was convenient

Pros: we have been a guest here for second or third time. the place located is very convenient while you can view the sea.

Cons: the sewerage pipe smell in the toilet making us uncomfortable to deal with. we have to keep the toilet door closed tightly to prevent the smell. hope this can be looked into.
