Pros: Room was very clean, breakfast- lot of choices n delicious.

Cons: Bathroom clean but got some smell like urines, maybe because of floor mopping.

The stay was excellent. Everything including the location turned out to be great.

Pros: The staff were very helpful. I had an accident and the staff helped a lot with the first aid. They were so good.

Perfect location

Pros: 1) Perfect location, close to everything. 2) Abundant parking. 3) Clean and good value for money.

Cons: 1) City council really checks for parking violation on daily bssis. But the parking fee is very cheap though.

Pros: Spacious & clean room. Friendly & helpful staff.

Cons: I think the mattress need to be replaced already. Not comfortable and my husband and I had sleepless night. Aircond not cold too. Others ok... The bed was so much better those days. I need to cross the bridge on the 3rd floor to go to my room which is almost at the end of that floor. Walking quite a distance is a problem to me due to my knee problem and normally I request for room close to the lift but this time the booking was made last minute. Overall still ok

Cons: Maybe only my room aircond not too cold even i adjust till 16deg like 26deg but still can sleep.

Pros: Room was spacious, clean, the matress & pillows are comfortable enough. Shower - water pressure was strong. Breakfast was good- a lot of variaties.

Cons: TV nor clear/sharp...shaky.
