Pros: Always liked this hotel because it has a fridge in the room, plus there is a supermarket just beside the hotel.

Cons: Bathing cubicle is small, TV reception is so poor.. Pls look at upgrading TV reception & new channels.

Generally I like this hotel.

Pros: I came here for several times already, Last time there were few rooms, outside of room window can see a small room cover by steel plate, someone is stay inside there whole night with weird sound make me feel uncomfortable, this time still facing the same room again, Luckily front desk staff Ms Nazmin help me change to a better room, Really thanks a lots! appreciate it.

Pros: The big room size, comfy bed, modern bathroom, very good breakfast. I didn't use their cleaning service during my stay. So low frequency of cleaning was not a problem for me. Very good blackout curtains. Air-con very loud, but I used ear plugs, so I had no problem with it.

Cons: Deluxe king-size room has view over a greenish corridor. If they have mentioned this in their room description, I might have booked the higher grade. Overall I'm very thankful for the low price!!

Location and price was great!!

Pros: Extra love to ur front desk officer. Young malay female with great energy and attitude. Didnt catch her name as there was no name tag. But her personality was amazing.

Nice hotel

Pros: This hotel is easy to find. Shared parking lot with other facilities and hypermarket. The room was quite spacious. Smell so nice when I entered. The breakfast was good, a lot of varieties comprising local dishes.

Cons: Only one receptionist on duty when I arrived that evening. I have to wait for a few minutes before i could check in because she was away.

Second time staying at this hotel and love the water pressure and comfortable bed and quietness.

Pros: This is my second time staying here as I like the place and location which was convenient to the place where I have some work to do. My previous booking was a Deluxe King Room on 08th July. This time round, I booked 1 Executive Suite as that was the last room left with Booking.com. The room comes with a work table and it is spacious and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom is fantastic.

Cons: TV reception is bad. Towels and floor mat needs to be replaced, although they are clean but it's not white anymore. Area around the bath tub needs a layer of white cement or silicone to cover the stains or discoloration from the cement to give a cleaner impression/look.
