Pros: Location. Musolla (surau) across the road. Eateries, universities, supermarkets and petrol station. Staff were friendly and helpful Weu Ta one of them.

Good place for short stay i.e Uni convocations or registration

Pros: Facilities are good, clean and friendly staff. Room is spacious, toilet is clean. TV and aircond was working and the hotel has pool table at the common area where you can have some entertainment with family.

Pros: There is the option of getting my water is very useful with the Cuckoo machine there at the hallway. Ample parking space as of now. The street parking is not charged at the moment, so can park whole day if you need to. There's lift to go up 1st and 2nd floor so it's good. It's peace and quiet after a long day.

Cons: The room space is a bit tight. Not enough space to actually move about.

Pros: My sincere appreciation to the front desk receptionist team specifically En Rahmat & Ms Weu Ta for their exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. They handled check-in efficiently. My request for a room upgrade was handled swiftly. Ms Weu Ta went extra miles by offering a room tour. Their calm demeanor simply not go unnoticed. Such dedication and hospitality reflect highly on the hotel’s standards.

Need to improve cleanliness

Pros: U can find a restaurant downstairs just nxt door. Staff at the counter also OK and helpful. My son accidentally tore off the towel. So, I reported to the counter during checkout. He charged me only rm10 instead of rm30. Tq for your kindness.

Cons: I think my room was not properly clean by the cleaner. We found a long hair on the bed. The kettle also not clean inside. I recommend that you bring ur own body shampoo. They provided 2in1 body shampoo & hair shampoo. Rare. Iron provided but placed outside.
