Asiago Hotel

Pros: Clean, comfortable, good for short stay with the budget prices.

Cons: The parking is very very limited. The staff at first don't want to entertaint us for check in (maybe because of our appereance. ofc, we're from south malaysia with almost 8 hours stayed in the car...). But after second times talk with him, he actually nice.

Pros: Suitable for couple or individual stay for a night. Longer than that and with more than 2 pax, the room is too small for comfort. Overall the stay was okay and the room are clean, which is a plus.

Cons: Too small for a family of adult children. Should have book extra room but room was not available. The bad side of having no one manning the receptions (all checking in/ out using kiosk), we cannot change or upgrade our room if the room is not available online.

Pros: Very comfortable bed. Good night's sleep. Room very small, but ok for a one night stay and excellent value for money.

Cons: It would be great if the staff were more welcoming. A smile costs nothing.😊🙏

Good budget hotel, affordable, clean, spacious and attentive staffs.

Pros: There are basement parking (less than 10 cars), the toilet and the room is big considering it is for single occupancy. They provide refreshments (water, bread, Vico) which very rare for a budget hotel. The room also have fan and aircond. Free shower gel and shampoo. Clean room, clean toilet, clean bedsheet and towel

Cons: Its next to a street and junction. You can hear cars

Great budget rest-stop from a long drive

Pros: High water pressure on showers. Eco-friendly wall-mounted soap dispenser instead of disposable toiletries. A/C is quiet and cold. Stable WiFi connection in the room. Room is clean and spacious but there isn't much furniture though. Just a small chair and a narrow desk. Drinking water, ironing board, hot water and kitchen utensils located at common area at each floor. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. There is a cafe located beside the hotel as well. The room-rate is a budget price but does everything well for a place to rest after a long drive. Overall a great place for a stopover.

Cons: Underground carpark is tight and limited. Spaces are small so beware if driving a large SUV or sedan. Else there is unsecured open air parking nearby. Hotel staff will kindly direct. There isn't anywhere to hang clothes inside the room other than 3 pegs on the wall. Given the size of the rooms, a standing clothesline or fabric closet would be a good furniture addition.

Pros: Superb clean 👌 and friendly service Staff very polite friendly 😊

Pros: The staffs was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and I liked the long mirror that the hotel had.

Cons: Need improvement with the lift since I was stuck with stairs for the days I stayed there and it was the 2nd floor. Hope all will be good by my next stay.

Good stay

Pros: Service was awesome...Kind staff...they provide bread n milk in morning for all customers...

Cons: Room space was very very small...Very hard to move...The bathroom also very very small...

Overall, was good and pleasant to stay.

Pros: A very simple breakfast that not sufficient for adult (i guess), suggest to provide sandwich n drinks (fresh juice)

Cons: The air-con down at middle of night and have on/off every hours. Yet, the staff so good and immediately rectified the issue. Thumbs to the staff
