We are very happy and grateful with the host staffs. They are super helpful and polite

Pros: The unit is super clean and quiet. Have very good sunlight and sunrise view. There are plenty of nice Penang street foods near the accommodation.

Cons: Why we had to pay Rm5.40 to use the swimming pool facilities. We are staying in the same building as guest too.

Worth coming back again.. and again.

Pros: Centrality of it, free parking, clean and comfortable. Great amenities around the place eg food and coffee.

Cons: None. Second time booking this as it’s the most value for money accommodation for the Penang International Marathon

Comfortable

Pros: The unit is spacious, not too big and not too small, just nice for a small family.

Best place for a family.

Pros: Everything about this place is nice. A lot of restaurants and two foodcourts within walking distance. Room facilities perfect. Very suitable for family. There's water dispenser (hot&warm), washer (wash & dry). Kitchen utensils are clean and new (microwave oven, sauce pot, frying pan, plastic cups and bowls for kids, etc). Not lacking in anything for a family.

Cons: Nothing.

If you are planning to stay in BM, you must book Zenstay!

Pros: 1) The staff (Mr Domingo) team is service oriented and genuinely friendly. Provides clear instructions. 2) The location is central to lots of food choices. 3) The unit itself feels new and very clean. Shower pressure is strong. A/C is quiet. They have a hairdryer. Very comfortable. 4) Free carpark.

Cons: None!

Pros: Can hv extra, double pillow. 1 single pillow per person a bit thin Can add plates (flat) for dining Having difficulty to watch mainstream@prime Malaysian news-perhaps we are not familiar wth android tv/device

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Location was great. A lot of restaurant at nearby area. The unit is very clean, everything is good.

Cons: Got a bit confuse during allocation of the parking area. But so far so good.

Close to perfection and simplicity

Pros: Best in value and just the right fit for the entire family. The entire family loved it and it was memorable stay.

Cons: The co-existence with Citadines seems to overshadow it. Most of the facilities are only available if you are patrons of Citadines. This includes facilities and equipments at the ground floor. The simplicity of room-only access may suit to some but I believe more services will be added in the near future. Room service and breakfast may give it some competitive edge.

Definitely will come back again

Pros: The room is spacious and newly furnished. The room also comes with all the facilities and equipments. Location also excellent, icon city just few minutes walking distance.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, can't wait to come and stay again!!

Pros: Relatively new, hence everything in the apartment are new. Provided good slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo, hair-dryer, water dispenser, washing machine, good beddings...etc. For ladies who has to use conditioner, pls bring your own. Room is clean, hassle-free check in and out. Staff follow thru' from arriving till check out. Very friendly and made me and my family feels at home. Lots of eatery around the building. There's also a good massage place, all within walking distance.

Cons: Location is not in Georgetown, hence has to cross the Penang Bridge to reach places of interest and famous eateries. Not a problem to me, as we drive, it only took us about 30 mins to reach. Crossing the bridge is a very nice experience too. I enjoyed the scenary along the way. There's no glass door at the bath area, only a small panel of glass. Water tends to spill and wet the toilet floor. Hope this can be improved.
