The room was beautiful and fragrant.. I am very satisfied..

Pros: I am satisfied with the room that was provided... it was comfortable and spacious... There are many restaurants located near the hotel... I will definitely come back to stay at Hotel El-Zahra again...

We loved it!

Pros: It at the middle of centre. Close to Amanjaya Mall and next to Village Mall.

Cons: Everything is fine but I think they should consider to replace the pillows.

More than valuable to stay here. As good 4 ⭐ hotel.

Pros: Comfy bed. Clean, pleasant odour. Spacious room, with cupboard, solat mattress. Hot shower function very well. Safety with security code at main door (reception area) for access after 12.00 midnight that I like the most . Thumbs up 👍

Cons: The internet connection to reach the smart TV is sometimes not detected. But its ok for me.

Pros: - easy to find (location) - easy get parking - nice decoration - same as pictures in page - big room - smart tv - Netflix, Youtube etc - next to Ayam Top Global

Cons: - not suit for senior citizen no lif - no tissue in room - cannot generate invoice under company if you booked online
