Excellent location and value.

Pros: Located right at Market Street where there is a big spread of Chinese foodstalls alfresco or under shade / shelter. Not far are a Minangkerbau restaurant and Malay hawker centre too. A short walk to the Lake Garden. The staff of Louis Hotel are very helpful and polite.

Pros: They try to maintain as new but this hotel was be an older.

Great location and warm staff

Pros: The Location is great , the room is clean, and staff has take improvement to serve better. I have stay in this hotel many times and had complaint about aircon water leakage on my last visit, this time I stay in the same room and the problem have been solve.

Cons: Holiday season the hotel surrounding will have a lot of tourist and cause traffic jammed. and also the parking nearby will be conjested.
