Glad I came to Cool Point.

Pros: The surrounding area, only a walking distance to Taman Agro, parks and plenty of places to eat. Ample parking space around the hotel. Staff were helpful.

Cons: The furniture & toilet need upgrading.

I like cool point and the surrounded environment

Pros: Im comfortable with everything actually just some minor things This is my 5-6th time stay at cool point

Cons: Need more lights at car park area Bedsheet need to make more good quality Toilet cleanliness can improve more but this is ok just need to improve abit
