Great location

Pros: The room was very spacious. Bed and pillows comfortable. Location and views across the river. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Cons: The decor of rooms, carpets and corridors are a bit passed their best.

Pros: As a hotelier, I love the property. Good investment

Pros: The hotel was excellent in every way. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was superb with a great selection of different options . The staff were always pleasant and friendly and the location of the hotel was perfect as it was a short walk to the bus terminal aswell as the main town with lots of local restaurants. The gym was small but adequate as it was hardly used. The pool was also on the roof top which was good for views of the city. We were even lucky enough to be staying at the hotel when the King of Malaysia visited!

Cons: Nothing not to like

Very good central hotel right in the middle of Tanah Rata.

Pros: This is a large, cavernous and soulless sort of hotel. However it is very well located and the higher rooms have fabulous views over the town and surrounding countryside. We changed to the Signature Twin on the 7th floor which was much better than the Deluxe. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious and everything functioned. We also had a small balcony. As much drinking water as you needed from the bathroom special tap. The buffet breakfast was very good. It was served in an enormous room with plenty of space for access to the food and lots of tables. The variety of foods was excellent. The staff were mostly very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons: We booked Signature King Deluxe assuming this would be a better, more comfortable room. It turns out that Signature King at a cheaper price is exactly the same room as the Deluxe. The only slight difference is that the Deluxe has a very large balcony, virtually unusable as there is no furniture on it and all Deluxe rooms are located on the second floor with a relatively inferior view compared to higher floors.

Overall a beautiful, modern, spacious hotel in the heart of the town.

Pros: Location is 10/10 despite the 4min uphill walk from the town to the hotel. The hotel is perched above the town on a mountain and looks over everything. Its stunning views are super at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet was amazing, ranging with multiple cuisines and fresh produce. There was a small gym and outdoor pool open from 6am.

Cons: We had a tour so had to have breakfast first thing at 6:30am, I found that the majority of staff was on hand from 7am and before then it was still being set up, food was not hot and not all the stations were equipped. Yes there was staff arranging and preparing things but from my experience if breakfast starts at 6:30am the food should be hot from this time. There could be a shuttle bus offered to and from the bus station given it’s only 4mins away to help with luggage. That being said. There was really nothing to complain about.

The staff were so friendly. We left some medicines behind and a staff member organised transport to bring it back to KL

Pros: I like that the property is well-maintained, comfortable, and conveniently located. Overall, it provides a pleasant living environment and meets my expectations well.

Cons: Everything is okay overall. I only hope the reception could be more friendly, as my request for a higher floor was not accommodated. Other than that, I have no complaints.
