Pros: Reasonable budget hotel with good basic facilities

Cons: No lift

Pros: The room is clean and does not smell musty. The service is satisfactory. There was mineral water and towels. Very good.

Cons: Found a few baby cockroaches in the wardrobe.

A little way out of town but worth the hike

Pros: I received a room upgrade from one without a window to one with a window, which was nice. The room was large, the bed very comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The water in the shower was hot and the pressure powerful. Air conditioning also worked well. Overall I was very happy with the room.

Cons: Just to point out that this hotel is a half an hour walk out of the main town, along a busy main road, so a taxi or a Grab ride from the station is advisable. I knew this when I booked, so the location was not a problem for me - but it might be for someone else. The hotel, however, is not totally isolated, as there is a mall across the road with all the usual eateries, such as Marrybrown. There is also a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby. However most of the local eateries and nightlife is in town, near to the station.

Preferable for a couple (without kids) or solo traveller to stay. Very strategic place and easy park

Pros: The location is strategically near to G-Orange mall where you can go there to have meals. Next to a restaurant as well as TMG mart. Love the toilet so much cause the shower made to stay longer under it. Haha. Parking right in front of the lobby. Easy check in, easy check out 👌

Cons: TV not working since I checked in. Tried so many times changed channels and so on. WiFi didn't work after I came back to the hotel for meals till the day I checked out.

Value for money

Pros: The staff is friendly, the location is great bcoz mall and restaurant are just within the walking distance.

Cons: None

Good enough for an overnight stop

Pros: Easy-to-find location with a plenty of public parking spaces.

Cons: The blankets and bedsheets had stains.

Pros: The staff (owner I think) very friendly and easy to communicate. The room spacious and worthy for the price.

Cons: Toilet have a bad smell I think due to piping issues. Overall everything is okay

Pros: Decent spot to stop for a night. Staff very helpful and took me down to main town

Pros: Good price-performance ratio and very lovely service! They helped us out with finding cheap possibilities to travel from Gua Musang to Cameron Highlands and even drove us for free to the old train station to explore the Gua Musang gaves!
