Pros: location. KFC is beside the hotel. bank also is walking distance. eateries is nearby. good curry mee restaurant behind the hotel. all within walking distance. great for a budget hotel.

Cons: no window room. and no lift, wheel chair maybe has to book the family room as it is on the ground floor. not sound proof

Pros: The room is clean and just nice for two people. The bathroom is clean and the hitter function very well 👍🏻

Cons: Got ants (semut liar) at the walls and sometimes its on the bed 🥴 but overall still managed to handle
