Pros: The location is good as a few food courts around 😊, a lot of choices as we come to Ipoh for tasty food. Easy to take Grab, get on the bus even on foot. We met two ladies are Soo and SK who are managing this resident, they provided a lot of useful information, communicated with WhatsApp in a very short time, no matter what I asked, especially I asked for help for bus ticket. How nice they are and appreciate them very much. I am glad to meet them. If I have a chance come back, I will stay again.

Pros: The host is very accommodating n the place is located near to the town centre n around the vicinity of this place they r a lot of kopi shop to patronise.The place is well kept n the beds r comfortable. It is value for money.

Good value stay in a very convenient location.

Pros: Great stay at YY Residences. Location is super convenient, right in Ipoh city centre. Lots of food nearby — bakery downstairs, many kopitiams next door, food court across the road, plus convenience stores and pharmacy. Mixue and the famous JJ Roll are just opposite too. Really easy to get food anytime. Room was comfortable and reasonably priced. We upgraded to a room with TV and better bedsheets for a small top-up, totally worth it. Host was friendly and even helped us with a last-minute upgrade. Would stay again.
